Gorgeous dress by Kate Spade. “Poplin Ruffle Tiered Dress” style in "Chartreuse" (much more of a mustard yellow / marigold color, IMO - the photos display it accurately). Bust 36-39“, waist 29-31“, length 51“. Size 8, excellent preowned condition. All measurements taken with garment lying flat & doubled where applicable.
