Kimchi Blue smocked off the shoulder black floral midi dress

Size XS, can fit a small just fine. This was my favorite dress for years but sadly I can’t fit into it anymore. Wear on or off the shoulder. Slit on each side, one side has a slight rip but not noticeable and easily repaired. Always got a million compliments when I wore this.
