New, not tags. From my personal collection, never worn. I bought this at Dallas Market (along with several other pieces from the collection). Stretch black lace poncho, wrap, cardigan. Open front styling with 3/4" dolman type sleeves. Black polyester ribbon loops on ends of sleeves and at bottom.Nice winter/fall layering piece. Would work well in a Halloween costume. No size tag or material content tag. I'm guessing polyester/spandex blend. I would handwash/dry flat or dry clean.
