Knee length iridescent skirt

Show off your feminine side with this white with silver threads skirt. I love this for the winter and holidays. Above-knee liner, see-through below the knee. NWOT. Bought new, ripped off tags, annnnd it doesn't fit :/. Color is hard to capture. Those aren’t stains but the iridescence catching the light.
