This is new without tags. The size is marked large however this seems to run smaller than that bust flat 18 inches waist 16 inches there is not much to let out the trim is somewhat fragile if it’s rubbed on hard it might flake because these a little bit older and maybe not stored exactly properly. There’s one spot in the front that needs to be fixed. I think this brand might run small in general. Also I think this is probably from Y2K so the sizes are not like today’s sizes.
