This is so adorable! It looks like somebody had a lot of fun in this in its previous life, as there are many marks and stains on the skirt and throughout. I haven’t attempted to remove any of them and I will leave that to the next rightful owner. This could also be a Upcycled into a little purse, masks, or even a small pillow!
