Nice skirt for work. Single plete in the middle. Just too big on me. Black with blue pattern. Measures 16 inches across at the waist and 17.5 inches long. Like new condition. Material is 63% polyester and 34% cotton. Great for winter styled with a sweater, black tights, and booties.
