candace011 @jazzyjeanne my apologies for taking so long to get back to you. It's been a busy day and night. The waist is 36" (18" laid flat), and of course the fabric is quite stretchy. The length is 46", and you have the option to fold over the waist (like people do with yoga pants). Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. 😀
