If you’ll allow me to return for a different size, it isn’t a big deal. These just fit differently than most jackets. Tighter fit. If I buy in my normal size but can’t sit down with the jacket zipped up... that’s a problem. 21” is usually my size. 22.5 is pretty big for me, but with the fit it might be right. That’s why I ask.
