This is a genuine license plate from Montana, circa 2020. It features the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center—Ms. Rankin was the first woman ever to serve in Congress in the House of Representatives. The plate comes from Musselshell County specifically. The plate is one of the newer ones, as it is aluminum, not steel. Its colors include a periwinkle blue, gold, white, and black.
