I'm not sure when this is from as the label has been removed. It has machine finished edges but it's very New Look 1950s Chic. The buttons are high quality rhinestone balls with no missing stones. And yes, it has pockets! Lined. This fits small about a US size 2 IMO. Please use measurements for desired fit.
