Lily Rose mini dress

Cute dress is crocheted using black and cream threads. Mini pom-poms hanging off ruffled neckline. It looks like it could be worn over the shoulders also. Fully lined Across the chest 16 1/2". Length 28". Would also make a nice top for jeans or leggings. I cannot not find a fabric contents tag on it. Beautiful condition.
