Limoges Castel Dark Blue 10" Plate With Floral Basket 22K Gold Border France 1970s Beautiful cobalt blue 24K gold vintage Limoges plate 10" with pink flowers in basket with ribbons. Vintage from the 1970s. Flower basket in the center of the plate has pink peony roses and ribbon on the top on a white background. Gold fancy design around edges of plate. The cobalt blue is very dark and is striking against the heavy 24K gold trimming around the entire outside.
