This dress has a unique collar neck with a velvet striped skirt. This is really a cute dress, it's just a bit too big for me. I tried it on once and that's it. Measurements: Arm Pit to Arm Pit - 14.5 inches Waist - 12.5 inches Waist to Hem - 21 inches Little to no stretch so best for an XS.
