I believe this is vintage but I cannot verify this. London Times A-line Apron Dress Women 10 VTG Black White Print Pocket Stretch. EUC. Looks new without tags but I cannot say for certain if it may have been worn one time. It has loops under the pocket trim for a belt. I have seen pictures of it with and without the belt. This one does not include a belt.
