Now, this looks like us in the 70's! With the wide bell sleeves and the crocheted trim around the neckline, this piece is great! It has elastic at the waistline. It is 93% Polyester and 7% Spandex. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-21" and the length is 26". This looks great with a nice pair of jeans. It has criss-cross straps in the back. Very flattering. In good condition.
