flyingfreebtq @auntrooroo The bust measurement while laying flat is 18". The dress is very comfy, stretchy, and flowy. It's tag says 95% polyester, 5% fabric for the self and 100% rayon for the contrast 😊 let me know if you have any more questions 👍
