Both pairs have lighter washes and the Denim Blvd pair has an acid splash pattern. It's also super stretchy for a perfect fit w/ just a bit of distress. The Forever 21 pair has a lot more distress on them and the pockets show through for a trendy look. They are also cut off style with raw, frayed hems.
