ageisendorff @amyhgray oh sorry. I would say yes the top is true to size. Since it's a low cut top it's pretty fitted to make sure everything stays in place. After the rib cage area it's a bit more flowie. The length is definitely sized for a small. I am just a bit too tall for this mini dress.
