New without tags! Double pocket on one side, deep pockets! **Sizing note ** The waist is a 38, and the length is a 32”. When measured by me (pictured), it shows a 30” length. However, my brother (the previous owner of these pants), always orders a 32”. Confirmed this with my husband’s Lululemon ABC pants, and the way I measured it is in fact 2 inches shorter than what he buys. Long story short - they are a 32 length according to Lululemon sizing.
