This skirt is in excellent used condition with no flaws. It looks to me like it's barely been worn. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure a good fit. They were taken on the front of the skirt and liner shorts laid flat. Note that the fabric is VERY stretchy, so can expand to accommodate larger dimensions than the ones shown below.
