Lululemon leggings these have the cross detailing all the way up the leg that is see-through. The waist measures about 13 inches I believe that is a size 4 these are more of a high-rise. They have a slick, thin material towards the bottom back side as seen in the pictures, and on the one side, there is stitching that is loose towards the very bottom. item comes from a smoke free home
