begoodtoyour @sahara39 this one on the stick fully assembled is 25 but these are sold locally only, because the box i would have to use to send it is too long usps will not let me mail it with prepaid shipping. the one in the bag is fully assembled and has additional decorations added to it tissue and floral wrap extra led lights thats why it is 45 , it comes on a stand too. what I was saying is I can make the one that Costs 45 for you for this 25 rate
