M Black Leather Pencil Skirt 1980s Cummerbund Slash Pockets

Black leather below knee length skirt. Pleated suede 4" cummerbund shaped waistband. Front slash pockets. Soft, exceptional quality leather, 4 pleats front and nylon zipper. Fully lined in black. Very very good vintage condition. No issues, properly stored, slight surface marks. On the Plaza Tailoring label added with clients name and date written in, very faint. I dont see where garment was altered though. Size: Inside labeled 42 Waist 28", hip measured 9" down- 39". length 26",
