Back when Bebe was very high end It is a black cotton blend w a key hole style tie neck The cuffs or made of multi colored ( rabbit fur ) I had thumb holders put into the interior cuffs Never got to wear Label says size medium I believe it w stretch it can do to CL I’m a 34DD It’s hard for me to part with this top Made in France
