daydreamermac @susanstyle if it helps, Mac Duggal is the one that puts on the fabric tape so I don’t think much will happen. Obviously don’t yank it off but I’ve never heard of anyone doing damage from the blue tape

susanstyle @daydreamermac I’ve bought several gowns from Mac Duggal and one totally covered in sequins, like this gown. There was no tape on it. Is that what’s done when/if they sell a damaged gown?

daydreamermac @susanstyle correct. They want people to see the flaw immediately. As you can see without the flaw, you might overlook the row missing. I have maybe 100 Mac Duggals in my store. I think roughly five have the blue tape to point out if they have a flaw

I almost bought it a couple years ago directly from Mac Duggal, but it was no longer available in my size. I’m still thinking about it, because I already have 4 gowns for the next events I attend.
