Black base with a blue mesh outer layer. Fully embroidered floral design with beaded accents that give an elegant skimmer. The inner black layer is a black lace with sequins that lightly shows through the blue mesh, adding incredible dimension. Mermaid shape with a high low bottom hem that will highlight an amazing pair of heels. Ruffled pleated material fills out the bottom and creates a stunning flow while moving. Fully lined.
