Marni Light Blue Ruffle Blouse W/ Velcro Closures at Sleeves

This silk-blend Marni blouse is designed with several layers of ruffles in the front and back, velcro closures at sleeves, and a half zip closure in the back. There is a minor snag on the upper right hand corner on the back of it, which is noted in one of the photos. The last photo shows the color of the blouse most accurately. The size of the blouse is IT36.
