Martina Liana wedding dress 1443

PLEASE READ FOR SIZE INFO!!!! First two photos are from the Martina Liana website. I wore this gorgeous dress (style 1443) at our intimate ceremony in March. I purchased it at Alexandra's a few months prior for $2856.75. Since it was the only one in the store as a size 12, I had it altered...so the size is custom. I think I'd typically be a dress size 8, maybe? Jeans size 26/2 and usually a small or medium in tops. Actual natural waist is 27 inches. Hips are 38.5 inches. The cups were a bit larger for my bust, but I didn't change them and it worked ok for me. So it can definitely accommodate a larger bra size than mine (34c). Cups can also be removed and replaced- I didn’t have time to do that alteration! It was also hemmed and the stunning horsehair hem was sewn back on to keep the gorgeous rippling effect as you walk. I am 5'5" and wore 3.2" heels and it was perfect. The dress is ivory and has layers of unique mesh layers and embroidery. It also features a slit in the under layers as well as detachable sleeves. I also had Grace custom create straps made from the same lace that she cut from the hem. The straps are also detachable- I didn't end up wearing them, so they are not seen in any photos, but I do have them for you to use if you want! Buttons up the back. For reference on size, the boning/structure of the corsetstopped right at my belly button, so waist size isn't a strong deciding factor in the fit. …continued in comments!
