Max Mara Weekend blush pink hooded rain jacket women's 10

Max Mara Weekend blush pink hooded jacket. I used as rain jacket for errands and whatnot and it worked great but I never tested in a downpour and would assume it is not truly fully waterproof in that kind of condition. This jacket would benefit from a dry cleaning. There are marks throughout, most of which look like they would come out (obviously I can't guarantee that); the most concerning mark looks like pen on the sleeve. Example pics of marks are shown.
