MaxMara Vintage Red Velvet Jacket - Perfect for Christmas or Holiday Party

This vintage red velvet smoking jacket (just the style - definitely doesn't smell like it's ever been worn smoking!) by MaxMara is made of 82% rayon and 18% silk and is lined throughout with a red 100% polyester fabric. It is perfect to wear for a holiday or Christmas party. It has 2 decorative pockets that don't actually open on the front and a rhinestone red and diamond-color external button. There are also small buttons on the inside, one of which you can see in the 6th photo. My understanding is that you could button a fabric to the inside front of the blazer - kind of like a dickey - if you didn't want to wear an entire blouse underneath. I personally think this jacket would look good on the right person without anything underneath. The jacket also has built-in shoulder pads. This jacket has had the main MaxMara label removed, but the RN number shown in the last photo is exclusively for MaxMara. It says "Made in Italy" above where the main MaxMara label used to be. The size label has also been removed, but I estimate this jacket to be ~ a size Large. It's a little big for me and I'm typically a size Medium. I do think it's supposed to fit loosely, consistent with the style of a smoking jacket. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure the jacket is a good fit for you.
