Maxi dress with side slit, elastic waist and top and skinny belt with tassels

This is a NWT beautiful blue and white maxi 100% rayon dress. Very cool, light and easy to wear. Also has a cute skinny belt with tassels. Never worn. This comes from my shopaholic sister’s closet🤭 Elastic underarm line is 14” Elastic waist line is 12 1/2” 15 1/2” from elastic waist line to beginning of side slit. Left Side slit to the bottom hem is 26”, which makes the total length from the waist line to the bottom hem 41”. I am a size 38 top, and this fits me perfectly. It’s almost touches the floor and I’m 5 foot 7 1/2”. Size is marked small, but this could definitely also fit a medium. Pull up or over your head: this is so easy to get on!
