My name is Danielle. I am the owner of No Wire Hangers Consignment. I sell new, used and vintage clothing. I am also a fitness motivator. After losing 114lbs. in one year (241lbs to 127lbs), in first picture down the first 17lbs, I became an avid consumer of clothing, handbags and vintage jewelry. danie8280 @becky9157 I had gastric bypass but plateaued at only 35lbs. because I had ankle surgery two weeks prior. I couldn't workout or walk without crutches. After being cleared by all doctors, I started working out. I went from barely 20 minutes per day to 1 1/2 hours 5-6 days per week with a trainer. The first month of weight training, I dropped another 23lbs., but the fat was burning off instead of muscle. My diet was more important than the working out.

danie8280 @777posh777 I had gastric bypass in 2013. My weight lost stalled at 35 lbs. just changing my diet. I then started working out. I started with using stationary bikes then moved to weights. Weightlifting increased my weight lost to 124 lbs lost.
