Please don't request a dozen items to be measured etc and disappear. Please be kind to others. People work hard to help their buyers and make sales. It's much better to be considerate than completely rude. Waiting until 1am for a response was very unkind. Hope you understand and learn from this hurtful experience. TY.

I would first like to explain to @trenddelight & @sdshopper that during the night of “FREE SHIPPING”, my phone service went dead. Initially I thought I had just lost service, but, no…..someone hacked my identity, maxed out my credit cards & basically totally SCREWED me. ALL of my bills are on direct pay to those very credit cards, so ALL of my bills bounced. I am a single mom of 5 amazing kiddos. I run my own custom jewelry biz, JazZzy Jewels (www.facebook.com/jessisjazzyjewels which had you tried to reach me via FB, I would not have been able to respond either!!) from my home studio so that I can be avail for my kiddos, who range in age from 20-2!!! I now cannot drive my car as my insurance is not paid…..my 20 year old just left for 6 months for a job opportunity. My other son has Down syndrome & I cannot make it to his school for meetings, which is an hour away. My 16 year old, who just got her permit & now can’t drive…… also, she plays basketball & I cannot get her back & forth. Shall I continue??????
So, @sdshopper, instead of posting NUMEROUS nasty messages on several different items while tagging people, @vivacouture , so they would “know what an ass I acted like” by running you ragged for 2 hours sizing, answering my questions & putting together an amazing bundle just to simply “disappear” was COMPLETELY uncalled for. If you had simply searched “@justjessi” on Posh, you would have seen that I had already bought several bundles that night from the following Poshers: (and THANK YOU so very much ladies for the amazing service, items & bundles!!!!)

I am still fairly new on PoshMark & have been working VERY hard to learn how your amazing community works. I like, I share, I follow & follow back, I attend parties just to share other Poshers items. I have looked around at what goes on, sent messages just to let other Poshers know that I like something they have in their closet or profile. So, @sdshopper, I am the one who is hurt here……on top of the reality of having my identy stripped, which, by the way is MUCH easier than FIXING this issue. I am looking at months & months before I can get my finances straightened out!!! But, I will still be around……hopefully getting A LOT more of my fab clothing, shoes & accessories listed for all you AMAZING Poshers out there!!!
I ask you all to PLEASE share, like & buy, buy, buy from me whenever you find something just too JazZy to pass up. If you need something specific, please LMK as I am always getting new items in. Also remember that I make custom JazZy Jewels…….gift season is upon us!!!!!

I'm very sorry that happened to you. I hope that all of that mess gets settled soon. I have been dealing with a personal issue within the past 2 weeks (somewhat similar) - my sister found out someone had transfered all of her money out of both her checking & savings account (totaling almost $5000) and she was left with $.10 in her checking and $4 in savings. So I definitely understand how difficult it is for you and also how hard you do have to fight to get that money back and make a case to show that someone did hack and max out the cards. I am sure that @sdshopper & @vivacouture did not mean any harm by the messages. I think as sellers we sometimes get frustrated with individuals who ask for multiple items & do not come through within an appropriate time. They are both amazing poshers with great closets and share generously. I sometimes say things that I don't mean and we all simply just learn from it. When the problem repeats, we respond in a new learned calm and collective way. Poshmark is a great community but also a learning process. I learned to search the poshers names before I bundle items just to get an idea of the buying habits. When a posher does not respond for a bundle (at least within 24 hours - maybe a little longer if they have purchased from me before) I simply change the bundle title to "Bundle for ***** - NEVER PURCHASED" or "NO RESPONSE" to sort of alert others searching for this posher too, in order for them to not waste time bundling for that individual. We all just need to take a step back and look at this situation from both sides as a seller and also as a buyer. I hope this helps & I am glad to hear that you will still be around!

Well, I apologize but I didn't leave nasty messages. I explained to you that I would compensate for the free shipping (not extra for weight but give you a great price for the large bundle and that I was patient. I also let you know giving you the benefit of the doubt bc I figured possibly you had bad service where you were located or battery was dead, to let me know the following morning. I had no response. I was up anticipating the possibility that you may return so I can help you despite that my son was very ill. I never received a comment back. I am sorry your situation regarding your son and your credit card situation - as I have a child with disabilities as well. So for that I'm sorry. I have had bad experiences before and just chalked this up to it. You seemed clearly interested in what I have in my closet. So I was very patient and trying to help you the best I can. If you had simply responded the following day letting me know about the terrible hardship I would have understood. I am sorry, but I did explain not in a viscous way. I just explained how you hurt me. But I wish you well, you are still welcome in my closet should you choose to and I will still help you the best way I can. Sincerely, Heather

@sdshopper what part of my phone was shut off b/c my credit cards were maxed & all my auto payments bounced is confusing??? i was camping in the middle of no where. i just got back. i am on a friends computer as my internet got shut off too. if you would READ the comments you left & realize that leaving them ALL over the place & TAGGIING @vivacouture (i want to clarify that @vivacouture did NOT harass me, YOU tagged her as to let her know "what i had done"). like @excitedcupcake explained, there are ways of checking into a Poshers buying style to see if they are legit!!! i about cried when i read your posts. i certainly didn't get that treatment from @trenddelight!!!!

We all have our own problems and I completely know that what you are going through is terrible. I just wished you would have contacted me. Like I said I have you the benefit if the doubt bc after you told me that one item you wouldn't get because if measurements and my honest answer that they probably won't fit (inseam) you dropped off. I asked if you were there. Regardless I am sorry of your situation but if that happened to you as a seller it would hurt you. Especially because of the time spent. I have held items for special situations and then they never come back as well so like I already said, it seemed very similar to that (in a different way but similar ). So sorry for your situation and I truly am a kind honest seller/buyer. I will not lie and tell you something will fit if it won't. I don't push sales. I am patient and try to help the best way I can and I love to share clean PM policy closets. I hope you can get your financial/identity situation fixed. That is a scary situation. And I hope your son is well.

@jaimerstone love, thank you for the note. I agree that things can be misinterpreted when communicating via non-verbal methods. I also know that I overreacted & have tried to reconcile with @sdshopper but she has me blocked. I asked another Posher to pass along my sincere apologies but never heard a response. I did finally get in touch via FB. I know she is still very hurt & has not unblocked me. I understand chronic pain & depression. I was diagnosed with arthritis @ 18, have battled horrid migraines since I was 10. I was diagnosed with Fybromyalgia 10 years ago. I also battle Bi-polar, PTSD, nerve damage & other injuries. I am mom to 5 kiddos, aged 20-3 along with two ex's that continue to pay nothing & drag me into court every chance they get. My 13 year old son has Down Syndrome & I am completely committed to giving any time & energy I can to his education & self advocacy. This year I also began home schooling my 3rd grader due to our school district falling WAY short in their ability to give her the education model she needs to learn amidst all this "common core" BS. Anyway, my jewelry biz is my bliss & expression of my faith & soul. I look forward to sending you your new piece of JazZy Jewels. Hey Jessi this is what u need to do. Pack up Megan's 2 items, my watch and bracelet in a non-priority box. Get the lowest rate to mail to me. Linda farrell, 47395 Monroe St, #274, Indio, CA 92201. DO NOT USE POSH LABEL. Posh will shut down your closet if you do. I will pay u back the shipping costs thru lapyap (read backwards). Posh has that word triggered with a popup if used in a comment, warning posher the rules and consequences if used. Our situation is so crazy, this is the easiest way to remedy all the mess. Have a great 4th holiday. We'll chat monday.

Anyone who stole my identity would be very disappointed since I live paycheck to paycheck often with only a few dollars in the bank. Probably spending too much on Posh... It took me 2 years to fix my own credit score after my passive-aggressive ex-spouse ruined it while we were still together. Now having to fix it again due to medical nonsense. It ain't easy! Thank you very much for all the sharing you did from my closet. I am just now recovering from total right hip replacement surgery, but will happily reciprocate asap. I also enjoyed and appreciated your kind comments regarding my listings very much.
I read most of the comments posted here and I am amazed at how childish and mean some of our fellow Poshers are. No, I take that back. Posark is exactly like any other community-good and bad.
However, I have to share my 2 cents.
As a seller you should never complain about spending one second of your time responding to buyer requests-especially for, of all things, measurements. Those details should be set forth in your item descriptions! If I have neglected provide any legitimate item detail to the point a buyer needs to ask for it, immediately after I politely respond, the FIRST THING I DO IS REVISE MY LISTING to include the information I obviously neglected to provide. That way your buyer doesn't have to ask, and you don't have to whine about "waiting around for a response." Besides if a buyer "disappears," I certainly don't assume they are being rude. I don't live in ann"all about me" world to the extent I don't recognize that sh*t happens to every body.
Personally, I feel you should set forth the absolutely best and detailed description you can WHEN YOU POST YOUR ITEM. That way it sure saves everyone time and effort. Complaining about providing additional item information is beyond my comprehension. I don't care how many "designations" you rack up, i.e., "host picks" or "suggested user,." They mean absolutely nothing if you are not being the best Posher-in all ways-you could be. Once you start whining and playing the mean gossip game, I'm done.
Sorry so long and possibly irrelevant.
I hope by now you have a leg up on your troubles and I wish you the best and offer my thanks again. I would like you to keep in touch
