aurorabjornson If you were unhappy with your purchase i would have happily accepted a return or given you a full refund for the stained bra. Im not sure how it became stained but i do promise it was sent to you in perfect condition like shown in the photo. I wish we could have discussed this before you left me a 1 star rating, assuming the other item was fine.

tododealma @aurorabjornson here it’s is. Only one pair had a stain - not the satin one. the box was almost open. no wrapping or anything. Both bras were placed Straight in the box. When I ship items I always place them in a wrapping - especially when it comes to bras. I changed the rating - I gave you 5 star - but remember that these things are important when you seek an item. I Can send you a picture so that you can see it- let me know your thoughts.

aurorabjornson @tododealma yikes! Yeah thats bad. I wish i had an answer you of how that happened, but they certianly made it into the box at least the way i had them pictured. I definitely understand why thats upsetting. Did you have a chance to wash them yet? Id still happily take a return for you
