I hope this helps, but I never ordered any red shoes and didn't know about this issue until I read your comment. So also know that I didn't cancel the order. mwsw Hi Becky, thank you so much for your purchase. I can't seem to find the necklace with the round jewels, I'm guessing my friend borrowed it when she was looking through my jewelry. I am very sorry for this inconvenience and the delay this has caused in shipping. I've never had this happen before - I have the other two items ready to go. Is there a way to cancel and reorder? If the necklace ever pops up, I'm happy to ship to you for free. I just don't want to up your purchase any longer.

unpapillon613 @mnmnwalsh What a shame.🙁When you find it, please do let me know. As to cancelling and reordering, I know I can cancel after 7 days for a "delayed order." But beyond that, I am not sure what I can do. I don't mind waiting a little longer if you think you can get the necklace back from your friend. Otherwise, I think we have to contact Posh to modify the order at this point. (Unless there is more you can do from the "seller" end of the transaction.)
