concoxtions Hi James, this is Sheila from @concoxtions closet, you were on my 1st Pallet Sale this morning and my show cut off. I set up another show right after, but is took me about 15-20 minutes to do so. I am so sorry, this was my second show and I forgot to push the “Do Not Disturb” button on my phone lol. 😂 This was a learning lesson I hope not to forget in the future. loves4dawgs Hey James. Last evening I pitched the liberty pendant on a good chain and decided to wear myself for a while. I didnt leave the house but the middle part of the silver piece fell out of the frame. Now that it’s day time I am searching everywhere. I did not put any stress on it at all. What can we do? Thank you. I live the Avery ring and have not taken it off. Its perfect!

jamesbelletiere @loves4dawgs Hello, glad ya love your james avery ❤️ 💙 but about the pendant is the screw still in the top of the bezel? that is what keeps it together if that's nice and tight it's impossible for it to fall out so I'm thinking that got loose and fell out or just loosend enough somehow that the gram bar fell out. I can definitely sell you a replacement gram bar in the same style you purchased. I'll give ya a better deal as you have the bezel already so you'd just need the gram bar

jamesbelletiere @loves4dawgs if you found the gram bar just pop it back on and tighten the screw top and it's go9d 👍 is there sumone that can help you? you'll need a small flathead screwdriver or just your fingers work this never happened I been wearing one for months it never fell out
