Hello. I bought the fitbit charger from you and sent you a message through Poshmark purchases about two (2) days ago. Messaging you through here in case you haven't seen it. I am having problems with the fitbit. I was finally able to open it and try it however, it does not turn on. Please advise on what we can do.

@n3wm3 Hi, sorry to hear about the problem. It has never been open since purchase so I have no idea too. I think you may check the charger, if it doesn’t turn on that mean there are no power (no battery). Please ensure it's properly connected to the charger and that the charger is connected to a working power source. Following link is how to fix the fitbit not charging:

@myboyculi thank you for responding. the fitbit is charging, but it does not turn on when you press button. actually when you press button, face does not turn on at all, only when connected to charger to show battery but once disconnected, it doesnot turn on. if you can see pics I sent you on purchase conversation
