The national suicide prevention lifeline is 1-800-273-TALK (8255) If you’d rather text with a crisis counselor text ‘HELLO’ to 741741 and text anonymously with the crisis text line I’m a mental health therapist, LMFT (licensed marriage and family therapist) and I think it’s so important to let people know that there is help out there for them, even if their wounds are not visible. Please msg me if you need help finding a resource or need someone to talk too! Reaching out for help is brave💖💖💖

helpinghangers
helpinghangers @daniellefsho THANK YOU for posting this❣️❣️❣️❣️ And for doing what you do being a therapist! Nice to hear your not just doing what you to do to do it or that your not sick of it. I’m one of the many sufferers and working on it but at one time I didn’t. This was years ago, thankfully I found the crisis hotline. And I now know there’s more places I can suggest to others to reach out to.
