Merona off the shoulder polka-dot ruffle dress medium

Very cute Merona dress. Black and white polka dot. Can be worn off the shoulder or on. Approximately 32" long. Measurements taken laid flat on the floor. Dress has never been worn, so it's in excellent condition. Belted at the waist. Very cute for spring and summer. Thanks for looking.
