that pretty dress is a deep cut strapless neckline that has been boned in four places to help hold its place. It also has a rubber ice strip around that bodice to hold it in place.. Super high slit for a leg show. This is marked an extra large, but see my measurement photos that pit pit will move easily 19 inches but I believe the dress is better listed as a large.
