enjaybe @deevaunt I'm adding a photo right now that I hope will be helpful! I've never only measured the instep before, so I hope it's done correctly. Let me know if you have other questions. Also, numbers 1-9 on the centimeter side of my tape measure have rubbed off. lol 🤦🏿‍♀️

deevaunt @enjaybe thanks! You can usually pull the insole out of the shoe and measure it. The little metal piece at the bottom should hit directly at the starting point of the heel :) The way it’s measure know isn’t quite accurate. So sorry for all the trouble! I own several pair of Michael Kors tennis shoes, but certain styles run small. I don’t have this style so I’m not sure if I can fit it comfortably. Thanks for all your help!

enjaybe @deevaunt DUH! 🤦🏿‍♀️ I read "insole" as "instep." Just measured the insole and it's 29cm.
