Mid Century Modern Ernestine Italy Ceramic Tea Pot & Lid Rare Vintage MCM

Authentic, preowned, vintage Ernestine Italy Ceramic tea pot & lid, circa the 50s. Ernestine Virden-Cannon was the designer of these Italian made earthenware pieces from the late 40s until her death in 1968. Red glaze with tan edge, a very pretty color & presentation. Preowned/vintage w/signs of use & wear: one chip to underside of teapot handle (see last image); some scratching here & there/rub marks to bottom from storage. Measures appx 8in L (incl. handle & spout), 7in D x 7.5in H.
