Milly silk blend floral dress fit and flare

Reposhing this item I purchased from @nicole_villalon. It’s a great dress, just a little too small for me. Empire style waist w v neckline. The cut of the straps over the shoulders is v flattering. It does have belt loops but does not have belt. Excellent condition
