Mom Mothers Charm Necklace 5 children birthstone charms

I know this is a pretty specific piece as it has Mom with 3 boys and 2 girls charms. It was made specifically for someone but then they ended up not being able to gift it to that person. Consignor spent quite a bit of money on it and it is beautiful! Is on a silver chain.
