Beautiful Monclair short blazer/jacket cotton with a spandex like material. Jacket has stretch. Measuring across the shoulders is 15 pit to pit is 17.5 from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the jacket is 20 from the shoulder seam to the sleeve is 23. Inside has a spot that I showing that does not come through to the outside of the jacket
