Mondi Black Fringe Women's Blouse

This is an awesome vintage Mondi blazer with amazing tassel and fringe details. The PTP is 19”. There are two call outs on the back. Two small holes but it’s lined on the inside so the holes aren’t through the lining and not as noticeable and also high up so your hair could cover them. There are shoulder pads as well. Amazing vintage piece!
