Muse Smocked Print Tunic Dress

New with Tags Muse high waisted dress with smocked bust, 3/4 length flared sleeves, low, rounded, gathered neckline, reptile print with floral accents, black, dark brown and camel colors. Over the knee tunic style, and I think it can be worn off the shoulder, or at least wider than I can do on the mannequin. I try to show this with the last pic with the coat hanger, and in the video. It is very stretchy, and very flowy. Polyester/spandex Armpit to armpit 18" Hips 25" across, seam to seam Sleeves 17.5" Length from shoulder 35"
