New in box and each piece still has the sticker on bottom. Please note, this set includes: (1) dinner plate (1) salad plate (2) tea saucers (1) tea cup They sent 2 saucers versus a (1) dessert plate. So NO smaller dessert or side plate but (2) saucers I will ship the original box but depending on how much bubble wrap I can secure it with, I may have too breakdown the original box and will send it with the pieces but my main goal is too secure all pieces that they will NOT break in transit.
