NIB Sterling silver, possibly gold plated, heart necklace with cz diamonds!

I've got multiple boxes of necklaces from an unknown brand and they are all new IN THE BOX! Beautiful heart pendant with tons of cz round cut diamonds throughout! There's a rose gold tone rose on the right side of the heart. The overall necklace might be 18k gold plated, based on some research I have been conducting, however I have no way of proving that. So, it's priced lower because I'm not certain. There are two beautiful red and blue cz hearts in the middle. Says "I love you forever" on the left side.
